Refund Policy
At Delmora Advisory, we are committed to delivering exceptional consulting services that produce measurable results for our clients. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every engagement. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Delmora Advisory, located at 12325 W 52nd Ave, Arvada, CO 80002.
1. Nature of Services
Delmora Advisory provides professional consulting services in marketing strategy, advertising optimization, sales planning, CRM implementation, and client acquisition. Due to the nature of consulting services — which involve the dedication of time, expertise, intellectual property, and professional resources — all services are considered rendered upon delivery. Unlike physical products, consulting deliverables cannot be "returned" once the knowledge, strategy, and insights have been shared with the client.
Each engagement begins with a clearly defined Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Both parties review and agree to the SOW before work commences, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of expectations. We strongly encourage clients to review the SOW thoroughly and raise any questions or concerns prior to signing.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in earning our clients' trust through performance. If at any point during an engagement you are dissatisfied with the quality or direction of the work being delivered, we encourage you to communicate your concerns immediately to your designated account manager. We are committed to working collaboratively to address any issues, adjust strategy, or realign deliverables to meet your expectations within the agreed scope of work.
For new clients engaging Delmora Advisory for the first time, we offer a Satisfaction Review at the conclusion of the first milestone or the first 30 days of the engagement, whichever comes first. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered up to that point and we are unable to resolve your concerns through reasonable adjustments, you may request a partial refund for the portion of fees attributable to undelivered or unsatisfactory deliverables, as determined in good faith by both parties.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: if Delmora Advisory fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or deliverables as specified in the SOW without reasonable justification; if a material error or deficiency in our work is identified and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable timeframe; if the engagement is terminated by Delmora Advisory for reasons unrelated to the Client's breach of contract; or if duplicate or erroneous charges have been processed.
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations: after services have been fully rendered and deliverables have been provided in accordance with the SOW; for changes in business direction, priorities, or circumstances on the Client's part that are unrelated to the quality of our work; for failure to achieve specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or conversion rates, as consulting services are advisory in nature and results depend on factors beyond our control; if the Client fails to implement recommended strategies or provide necessary cooperation as outlined in the SOW; for services that have been partially consumed or for time and resources already dedicated to the engagement; or if the refund request is submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the delivery of the relevant milestone or engagement completion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a written request to help@delmoraadvisory.com within fourteen (14) days of the delivery of the relevant milestone or service. Your request should include your full name and company name, the engagement or SOW reference number, a detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund request, any supporting documentation or evidence, and the specific amount you believe is eligible for a refund.
Upon receipt of your request, our team will acknowledge it within two (2) business days and initiate a thorough review. We may request additional information or schedule a call to discuss your concerns. We aim to complete the review process and provide a final determination within ten (10) business days of receiving all necessary information.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days of the refund determination. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative method. Refund amounts will be calculated based on the proportion of services not rendered or the value of unsatisfactory deliverables, minus any costs reasonably incurred by Delmora Advisory in the course of the engagement, including third-party costs, platform fees, and ad spend managed on behalf of the Client.
Please note that third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client, including advertising spend, software subscriptions, and contractor fees, are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the refund review, as these costs are incurred by external parties and cannot be recovered by Delmora Advisory.
6. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an engagement before work has commenced, you may do so by providing written notice within five (5) business days of executing the SOW. In this case, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued, less any administrative costs or third-party expenses already incurred. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, fees for services already rendered will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and retained, with the remaining balance refunded.
For ongoing monthly engagements, cancellation must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days before the next billing cycle. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, and services will continue through the end of the paid period. Early termination fees may apply if specified in the SOW.
7. Disputes and Escalation
If you disagree with our refund determination, you may request an escalation review by submitting a written appeal to help@delmoraadvisory.com within seven (7) days of receiving the determination. Escalation reviews are conducted by senior management and will be resolved within fifteen (15) business days. If the dispute remains unresolved after the escalation review, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in our Terms of Service, including good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado.
8. Force Majeure
Delmora Advisory shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable and will work with affected clients to adjust timelines or scope as appropriate.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Delmora Advisory reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The refund terms applicable to your engagement are those in effect at the time your SOW was executed. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
